Business Plan preparation

A good business plan requires realistic objectives thoroughly reviewed, assessed and agreed.  The necessary resources to deliver the plan must be identified including funds, people, assets and a realistic timetable underpinned with contingencies for the unexpected.  Budget and progress management tools need to be developed specific to the plan.  'Off the shelf' plans adapted to meet needs simply are not good enough.

Plans developed by Grocott Consulting start with a clean sheet of paper.

"Planning is not always useful. Failure then comes as a surprise."

- Sir John Harvey-Jones
